When you travel abroad, your phone connects to local partner networks, enabling you to make calls, send messages, and use data services. Our roaming passes provide cost-effective ways to stay connected while traveling internationally.
How can I use the roaming service while am travelling abroad?
Postpaid subscribers must ensure that roaming service is activated through the Zain App by navigating to "Quick Actions" > "Service Management" > "Roaming Service" and enabling the service.
Once you've enabled roaming through the Zain App, don't forget to turn on roaming in your device settings. To enjoy uninterrupted service, we recommend activating one of our roaming passes.

Your phone will automatically connect to available partner networks when you arrive at your destination. We recommend using automatic selection for the best coverage and performance.
