Roaming allows you to use your mobile phone outside your home network coverage area. When you travel abroad, your phone connects to local partner networks, enabling you to make calls, send messages, and use data services. How do I make a call when I'm abroad?

To make calls while abroad, ensure roaming is enabled on your device. For local calls, dial the number directly. For international calls, dial + followed by the country code and phone number. You can also use your home country's international dialing format. Make sure you have an active roaming bundle to avoid high charges.

How do I choose a network while roaming?

Your phone will automatically connect to available partner networks when you arrive at your destination. You can manually select a network by going to Settings > Mobile/Cellular > Network Selection, then choosing "Manual" instead of "Automatic". Select from the list of available networks. We recommend using automatic selection for the best coverage and performance.

How do I activate a roaming bundle?

You can activate roaming bundles by dialing *900# and following the menu options, through our mobile app, by visiting our website, or by calling customer service. We recommend activating your bundle before traveling or upon arrival at your destination. Bundles are typically activated immediately and you'll receive a confirmation SMS.
